Because of the way security works in crypto.com, you need to wait at least twenty four hours between the time you add an address and the time you can withdraw to it.
- Log into the Crypto.com app.
- Click Transfer.
- Click Withdraw.
- Click Crypto.
- Click External Wallet.
- To add a new address (or an existing address but on a new network), click the plus.
- Select Wallet Address.
- Select the currency, ETH.
- Enter the address details: network (OP), the address itself, and a user-friendly name. Then click Continue.
- Provide the application passcode.
- Provide the authenticator code.
- See the new address in the withdrawal white list.
- Wait 24 hours, then log on to the app again to actually withdraw.
- Log on to the application again.
- Click Transfer.
- Click Withdraw.
- Click Crypto.
- Click External Wallet.
- Click Withdraw next to your wallet.
- Type the amount (or click Max) and click Withdraw. Note that you need to click on the number to open the numeric keyboard to be able to click Max.
- Verify the transaction, including that the network type is optimistic, and click Confirm.
- Type the application password.
- Click Send to get the mobile verification code. Note that you should to do this first, before you get the authenticator password, because that password is only usable for a limited time.
- When you get the mobile verification code, type it in the text area and go to the authenticator app.
- Copy the six digit code from the authenticator app and click Paste. Then click Continue
- It may be an hour or a bit more until the ETH is actually deposited in OP Mainnet. Once it is you'll be notified by e-mail, and you'll be able to start using our network.
